Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actress and singer. She's well-known for her theater performances, and her role as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. In 2006, Van der Pol recorded a rendition of the Disney song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon as part of Disneymania.
