Andrea Anders
Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised in DeForest but is currently in Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993; and received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. The year 2001 was the time she earned a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Anders as well as Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 to the year 2015. They met when they were filming for the now-cancelled sitcom Joey. Sean Anders directed her in the film "Sex Drive" and "Never Been Thawed". The year 2001 was the time Anders began her career in the theatre. Anders was the understudy of Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Anders also was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. She also appeared in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater as well as two New York Stage & Film performances: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders was first seen on stage in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse show. She was the character Jeannie who was an accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st of 2007. Anders was first discovered on TV in an advertisement for Dannon, which aired around 2006, and then again in the 90s. Anders is a member of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. She was on each episode of the two series but neither was renewed. Anders was a guest for One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. as well as Tru Calling. In 2003, she starred as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made brief appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also a part of Brandy in the 2008 movie Sex Drive. Anders was a part of two TV pilots which did not succeed. Spellbound as well as News To Me were the two pilots that failed on television. Anders was cast most recently for Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single-camera comedy about the work-related environment, written by Victor Fresco.
